I love doing Ab exercises, I can’t deny it. Maybe it’s the fact that it only takes 5 minutes a day or that I can always switch up the routine because there’s TONS of exercises so my ADD doesn’t kick in.
That being said every Wednesday-ish I post a new fresh Ab exercise to throw in your arsenal of workouts. All these exercises are some of my favorites and I do regularly.
